•Removable Platinum electrodes,convenient for cleaning, grinding purposes or

replacement. Electrodes flat view, 5mm wide, 2mm thick, platinum with minimum

purity 99.9%, with 30-60 ° angle tips at both ends.

一、簡(jiǎn)介

漏電起痕測試是用于評價(jià)固體絕緣材料表面在電場(chǎng)和污染介質(zhì)聯(lián)合作用下

的耐受能力，測定其相比電痕化指數 (CTI ) 和耐電痕化指數 (PTI)；

符合標準要求包括：DIN EN 60112,IEC 60335-1, IEC61058-1, IEC60065,

IEC60669-1, IEC60884-1, IEC60950-1, IEC61010-1, BS1363, IEC60598-1,

IEC60320-1, IEC60898-1, IEC60400, IEC60238, IEC60730-1, UL746A, DIN53480,

ASTM D 3638-92, VDE 0303, DIN 53480。

漏電起痕測試儀是在固體絕緣材料表面，在鉑金電極規定的距離之間，施加

一電壓并定時(shí) (30s) ，滴下規定液滴(50 滴)的導電液體，用于評價(jià)固體絕緣材

料表面在電場(chǎng)和潮濕或污染介質(zhì)聯(lián)合作用下的耐漏電性能，測定其相比電痕化指

數 (CTI) 和耐電痕化指數 (PTI)。另外設備結構允許通過(guò)微調測試電壓、電流

限制、關(guān)閉時(shí)間、液滴大小和液滴數量進(jìn)行精確的測試。該裝置為全自動(dòng)電子控

制，測試電壓最高可以調整到 1000V。

   

二、漏電起恒測試儀包含兩個(gè)單元

 

電源裝置

包括電壓表、電流表、延時(shí)過(guò)電流繼電器、電源連接線(xiàn)、按鈕開(kāi)關(guān)和幾個(gè)信號指示器。

 

滴液裝置

包含滴液壺，滴液噴嘴，滴液計數裝置，滴液控制裝置，滴液體積量

具等；

•可拆卸鉑電極，便于清潔、研磨或更換。電極尺寸，寬 5mm，厚 2mm 厚，純度不低于 99.9%的鉑金，兩端都是 30-60°角的尖頭。

•電極對樣品壓力可調，并能調節到（1.00N±0.001N）；電極距離 4.0mm±0.01mm，

夾角 60°±5°，可通過(guò)調節支點(diǎn)銷(xiāo)來(lái)調節高度。

•可拆卸滴水裝置，便于清潔。帶電磁閥的滴液器由三個(gè)主要部件組成，可簡(jiǎn)單

拆卸：電磁閥、溶液瓶和滴嘴。滴液器高度可調節，滴嘴可拆卸清洗或更換。

•溶液瓶是透明的，以確保內容物清晰可見(jiàn)；它有水平標記，便于操作；也可以

拆卸氣缸進(jìn)行清潔。

•LED 燈安裝在滴水裝置內，可更輕松地精確調整機械參數

•測試室透明門(mén)可進(jìn)行觀(guān)察測試。

•測試室安全保護系統-安全門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)，測試和高壓輸出會(huì )停止。

•樣品臺：樣品臺升降調節系統，玻璃板，總厚度≥4mm

12、負壓滴水裝置，無(wú)管道，可拆卸，易于清潔；

13、自動(dòng)記錄電流>0.5A的流動(dòng)時(shí)間；

14、在蒸餾水中電解0.1%氯化銨（氯化銨）。
